Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Medical Representative (MR) to promote and sell our dental and healthcare products by developing strong relationships with dentists, doctors, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, and distributors.
Key Responsibilities
Visit dentists, doctors, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, and relevant healthcare professionals regularly.
Promote and explain SmiloShine dental and oral-care products effectively.
Generate new business opportunities and develop existing accounts.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct product presentations and explain product benefits, usage, and schemes.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, dentists, dealers, and distributors.
Identify new dealers/distributors and support business expansion.
Collect market feedback, competitor information, and customer requirements.
Follow up on orders, payments, and outstanding collections.
Maintain daily field visits and customer-call records in the company software.
Submit DSR (Daily Sales Report) and other required reports on time.
Ensure proper execution of company schemes and promotional activities.
Participate in sales meetings, product training, and review meetings.
