Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Medical Sales Representative to manage and grow our business in the North Delhi territory. In this role, you will be the face of Aeden Lifesciences to the medical community, responsible for promoting our pharmaceutical product portfolio to healthcare professionals, generating prescriptions, and ensuring seamless product availability across the local supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
Territory Management: Plan and execute daily field visits to doctors, clinics, and hospitals across North Delhi to detail and promote Aeden Lifesciences products.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and prescription generation goals for the assigned territory.
Relationship Building: Establish, build, and maintain strong professional relationships with key medical practitioners, specialists, and pharmacists.
Distribution & Supply Chain: Coordinate closely with local chemists, stockists, and distributors to ensure optimal inventory levels and prevent stock-outs.
Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, gather feedback on products, track competitor activities, and provide actionable insights to the management team.
Reporting: Maintain accurate daily call reports, update CRM databases, and participate in regular sales review meetings.
