Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Medical Representative (MR) to promote and sell our dental and healthcare products by developing strong relationships with dentists, doctors, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, and distributors.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit dentists, doctors, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, and relevant healthcare professionals regularly.
- Promote and explain SmiloShine dental and oral-care products effectively.
- Generate new business opportunities and develop existing accounts.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct product presentations and explain product benefits, usage, and schemes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, dentists, dealers, and distributors.
- Identify new dealers/distributors and support business expansion.
- Collect market feedback, competitor information, and customer requirements.
- Follow up on orders, payments, and outstanding collections.
- Maintain daily field visits and customer-call records in the company software.
- Submit DSR (Daily Sales Report) and other required reports on time.
- Ensure proper execution of company schemes and promotional activities.
- Participate in sales meetings, product training, and review meetings.
