Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Medical Representative to join our team at Maviro Pharma Pvt Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, building strong relationships with doctors and pharmacists, and achieving regional sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Promotion: Present, promote, and sell pharmaceutical products to prospective and existing healthcare professionals using solid arguments.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with doctors, clinic staff, pharmacists, and key decision-makers.
- Market & Competitor Intelligence: Gather feedback on product performance and monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to provide field insights to management.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set for your designated territory.
- Reporting & Compliance: Maintain detailed records of visits, sales calls, and customer feedback while ensuring full adherence to industry regulatory guidelines and company policies.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Life Sciences (B.Sc), or a related field (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
- Experience: Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales or field marketing is preferred.
- Core Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong negotiation abilities, effective time management, and a customer-focused mindset.
