Job Description
Hamouls Pharmaceutical Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic, result-oriented, and experienced Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead our sales team and expand our business across the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular joint field work with Medical Representatives.
Build strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, distributors, and chemists.
Appoint and develop distributors/stockists in the assigned territory.
Ensure product availability and business growth.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Conduct training and performance reviews for team members.
