Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Medical Representative (MR) to promote our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and build strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and detail the company's pharmaceutical products to doctors, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Plan and conduct regular doctor visits as per the daily call schedule.
- Organize product presentations, CMEs, and promotional activities.
- Collect market intelligence, competitor information, and customer feedback.
- Ensure timely reporting of daily activities through the company's reporting system.
- Coordinate with distributors and stockists to ensure product availability.
- Resolve customer queries and provide prompt support.
- Adhere to company policies and ethical promotional practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or any relevant discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience as a Medical Representative (Freshers may also apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and mobile applications.
