Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Quality Assurance & Product Validation Lead to drive quality excellence across our Hiring Lane recruitment platform. This role goes beyond traditional testing and requires a strong blend of automation expertise, backend validation knowledge, and product thinking to ensure that the platform delivers seamless, scalable, and reliable hiring experiences for candidates, recruiters, and administrators

Key Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive test strategies for new and existing features within the Hiring Lane platform.Break down business requirements into detailed functional, negative, edge case, and regression test scenarios.Identify high-risk modules such as candidate onboarding, interview scheduling, job posting workflows, and offer management.Collaborate with product managers to clarify ambiguous requirements and convert them into testable acceptance criteria.Define automation scope based on risk, frequency of execution, and business impact.Ensure release readiness through structured test coverage and risk assessment documentation.Design regression test plans aligned with sprint cycles and release timelines.Evaluate system dependencies and integration points before approving feature deployments.
